Festival of Motoring comes to town 5th and 6th July

Stratford-upon-Avon Festival of Motoring returns for 2025.  Start your engines and enter now!

 The Stratford-upon-Avon Festival of Motoring is set to make its grand return this summer on the weekend of the 5^th and 6^th July. Following the resounding success of previous years, this much-loved event will once again bring an exciting showcase of classic, vintage and high-performance vehicles to the heart of the town.

The Festival of Motoring is a two-day free event based in Stratford-on Avon town centre over the weekend.  There will be a fabulous array of vintage and high-performance cars on display.  Register for this fun event which includes a morning treasure hunt or tour around beautiful Cotswold countryside.

 All entries will receive a full entry pack containing their souvenir run plate, route book etc by post about 2 weeks before the Festival. Click here to register your car’s entry.

 The two runs will start from the Leisure Centre car park from 08:00 on both the Saturday and Sunday with the last cars leaving around 09:00. The runs will take between 60 minutes and two hours depending on the speed of the cars and traffic conditions, so cars will start to return to Stratford from around 09:30 then park up for the rest of the day until 4pm.

 Participants can enter online for both days, or for just the Saturday or Sunday.  Trophies will be awarded on the afternoon for: Furthest Travelled; Treasure Hunt Winner; The Mayor’s Choice and the BID Trophy.

 Contributing towards the free fun family friendly atmosphere will be, street entertainers and themed entertainment.  Many town centre roads will be closed so it will be a relaxed atmosphere in town and support our local businesses.   Come and enjoy the fun!
