Fresh from delivering one of the busiest weekends in recent years, Stratford-upon-Avon BID is inviting artisan food and drink producers to secure their place at the 2026 Stratford-upon-Avon Food Festival.
Taking place on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September, the much-anticipated event follows the huge success of the Festival of Motoring, which attracted an incredible 137,000 visitors to the town centre over the late May Bank Holiday weekend in 2026.
With that momentum firmly behind it, organisers are now looking to create the biggest and most diverse Food Festival to date, with stalls already filling up fast.
Set across Bridge Street and Henley Street, the two-day festival will once again transform the historic town centre into a vibrant celebration of food and drink, featuring around 130 traders, live cookery demonstrations, entertainment and thousands of visitors from across the Midlands and beyond.
“The success of the Festival of Motoring demonstrated just how much appetite there is for major events in Stratford-upon-Avon,” said Aaron Corsi from Stratford-upon-Avon BID. “With 137,000 visitors coming into the town across one weekend, we know the scale of opportunity that exists for traders.”
“Over 70% of exhibit space is already sold and we’re now encouraging artisan producers, independent food brands and local growers to secure their place at the festival and put their products in front of a large and engaged audience. With the feedback we have gained from producers and visitors, we know that our 2026 festival will be our best to date.”
Organised in partnership with LSD Promotions, the festival continues to grow year on year, offering a proven platform for regional food and beverage businesses to drive sales, build brand awareness, and connect directly with customers.
From street food and craft drinks to deli specialties and sweet treats, the event showcases the very best of the UK’s thriving artisan food scene in one of the country’s most iconic market towns.
With strong footfall, a prime town centre location and a packed events calendar driving visitors into Stratford-upon-Avon throughout the year, demand for pitches at the Stratford-upon-Avon Food Festival is expected to be high. Businesses interested in trading at the festival are encouraged to apply early to avoid disappointment by emailing customerservice@lsdpromotions.com or visiting www.lsdpromotions.com/trade-with-us
