We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the team as our Senior Ambassador, to work for a BID that is responsible for delivering a greener, safer, more attractive and better-connected Stratford-upon-Avon Town Centre.
Stratford Upon Avon Business Improvement District (BID) launched the Ambassador service within the BID area in April 2022. The services offered includes BID Security and safety patrols, Business Levy Payer interaction and relationship building, promotional materials and information distribution, event support, information advice, maintenance programs and guidance to businesses, employees & visitors and First Aid provision.
Stratford Upon Avon BID is seeking a highly motivated Senior Ambassador. The role of the Senior Ambassador is to manage the Street and Maintenance Ambassador services including management of a volunteer program providing a highly visible, approachable uniformed presence on the streets of the BID area.
The Senior Ambassador will provide a positive, friendly, welcoming and visible presence in the BID area. The aim of their support is to improve the visitor experience within the BID area to ensure the town is welcoming to our businesses and visitors.
